Golf Tour – Oman ( 5 Days)

Day 1:

Get to Muscat

Land at the airport in Muscat. After clearing customs, immigration, and baggage claim, travel to the arrival hall to meet your driver and make your way to the hotel.

Day 2:

Round of golf at Ghala Golf Club.

Day 3:

Half-Day Tour of Muscat City

08:30 hrs.: Get picked up from the hotel and head to the Grand Mosque, the centrepiece of Muscat (closed on Fridays and other public holidays).  Grand Mosque, a stunning structure finished in 2001, demonstrates how contemporary artisans have managed to preserve the skills required to create this lovely traditional setting yet having a modern appearance. It is hard to resist taking an increasing number of photos. The main prayer room’s magnificent dome ceiling, the chandeliers, and the handcrafted carpets are unquestionably “must sees.”  Please take note that men should wear trousers and women should wear full head coverings and head scarves.

The history and development of Oman are briefly explained in Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum. Travel down the Corniche seafront and stop by the busy Muttrah Souq. We then make our way to the stunning Al Alam Palace, the official residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, which is framed by the Portuguese forts of Mirani and Jalali from the sixteenth century.

Return to the hotel around 12:30 p.m.

The remainder of the day is free.

Day 5:

Leave Muscat at 1200 hours. After leaving the hotel, make your way to Muscat International Airport.
