Cancellation PolicyCancellation of room reservation received 48 hours prior to check in time of 14:00 hrs on the arrival date will not be charged. During major exhibition periods the cancellation received 5 days before the check in time of 14:00 hrs on the arrival date will not be charged.
Full stay at meal plan booked will be charged for cancellation of room reservation received less than 48 hours prior to check in time of 14:00 hrs on arrival date and within 5 days before check in time of 14:00 hrs on arrival date for an exhibition period.
Check-In/Check-Out PolicyCheck-in time is 1400hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs.
Arrivals between 0900hrs – 1400hrs can be accepted without charge, and it’s always subject to availability. However, to guarantee an early check in, the booking must be pre-booked the previous night.
Check-out can be extended up to 1400hrs without any charge, upon request and subject to availability.
For late check-out between 1400hrs – 1800hrs, a 50% charge of the guest room rate will be applied.
For late check out after 1800hrs, a one (1) night stay charge will be applied.
For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, the Best Available Rate of the day will be applied and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
